Ned walked me through the whole process and explained how the tattoo removal process works. He explained the pro's and con's of the tattoo removal process. He did the procedure and was awesome. Ned provided me with everything I needed to make myself comfortable. He is a pro at what he does and I can not be happier with the result. My only regret is not getting it done sooner!
